About me

Savannah J. Glasgow, MS RDN CD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist at Sensibly Sprouted. She helps patients find a way of eating that supports their health, goals, and everyday life. She believes there is no one right way to eat, and that a good nutrition plan should add value to your life—not take center stage.

Savannah takes a collaborative, encouraging, and practical approach to nutrition care. She uses principles of growth mindset and the power of yet to help patients build confidence, learn new skills, and make progress at a pace that feels realistic. Together, she works with patients to highlight wins, break down barriers, and create nutrition patterns that fit their body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Savannah especially enjoys working with athletes and active individuals who want to fuel their performance, recovery, and everyday energy. She also supports patients with weight management goals, diabetes and blood sugar concerns, blood pressure and heart-health goals, and improving their overall relationship with food. Her approach focuses on sustainable behavior change, flexible structure, and helping patients feel more capable and supported in their health journey.

Savannah earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Washington University, followed by a post-baccalaureate Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Central Washington University. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, weight lifting, cooking, reading, watching documentaries, caring for her houseplants, and spending time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.

What it's like working with me

Savannah believes nutrition care should be collaborative, flexible, and realistic. She works with patients to create nutrition plans that support their goals while still fitting into real life. Her approach is rooted in growth mindset, encouragement, and the belief that progress is built through small, meaningful steps over time.

Rather than focusing on perfection or one-size-fits-all rules, Savannah helps patients identify what is already working, build practical skills, and create a pattern of eating that feels sustainable. She values patient input, celebrates growth, and helps each person find strategies that support their health, performance, and confidence.

Her goal is to help patients learn how to fuel their goals in a way that feels doable, supportive, and personal.
