MS, RDN, CD, CEP
Kylie supports patients with weight management, sports nutrition, PCOS, prediabetes, and sustainable nutrition habits with a practical, encouraging approach.

Kylie A. Ferguson, MS RDN CD, CEP, is a registered dietitian nutritionist at Sensibly Sprouted in Bellingham, WA. She supports patients with weight management, sports nutrition, PCOS, prediabetes, and sustainable nutrition habits that fit real life.
Kylie’s approach is practical, encouraging, and personalized. She understands that nutrition changes can feel overwhelming, especially when someone is managing a health condition, working toward weight-related goals, fueling an active lifestyle, or trying to improve daily routines. Her goal is to make nutrition feel more seamless, supportive, and realistic.
She is passionate about helping patients build a healthier relationship with food while learning strategies that support their unique needs, preferences, schedule, and goals. Kylie emphasizes balanced eating patterns, whole-food choices, and sustainable habits rather than rigid plans or quick fixes. She works with patients to create a clear game plan they can feel confident using outside of appointments.
Kylie has a strong interest in sports nutrition and active lifestyles. Her background in nutrition and exercise physiology helps her support patients who want to fuel movement, improve consistency, and make nutrition choices that align with their health and performance-related goals.
Kylie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University, graduating cum laude. She continued at Washington State University to complete her Master of Science through the Coordinated Program in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology, also graduating cum laude. She is a registered dietitian and certified dietitian in Washington.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys staying active through weight lifting, soccer, hiking, and time outdoors. She loves walking her mini Aussie, Harper, boating around the San Juan Islands and Lake Whatcom, reading on rainy days, cooking with her husband, and spending time with her two cats, Riggins and Rainer.
Kylie’s care philosophy centers on realistic, personalized nutrition support. She believes food should feel nourishing, enjoyable, and manageable—not stressful or all-or-nothing.
She helps patients create practical strategies for their daily lives, whether they are working on weight-related goals, sports nutrition, PCOS, prediabetes, or general wellness. Her approach is collaborative and encouraging, with a focus on small, sustainable changes that build confidence over time.
Kylie works to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make food choices that fit their health needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
