Jessica Douglass, MS RDN CD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist with more than seven years of experience across inpatient and outpatient care. Nutrition education is central to her work, and she enjoys helping patients understand the why behind recommendations so they can build skills they can use in everyday life.

Jess’s clinical background includes medical nutrition therapy, individualized and group nutrition education, diabetes education, inpatient nutrition support, and virtual outpatient counseling. Her areas of focus include weight management, PCOS, digestive concerns, heart health, prediabetes, and nutrition support for people using GLP-1 medications.

Jess earned both her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and master’s degree in Nutrition Education from the University of Idaho. She has also developed nutrition education materials, led community and employee presentations, and worked closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
