About me

Brittney R. Sito, MS RDN CD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist at Sensibly Sprouted in Seattle, WA. She supports patients with diabetes-related nutrition, cardiovascular health, women’s health, weight management, sustainable eating patterns, and building a more confident relationship with food.

Brittney’s approach is warm, personalized, and practical. She understands that nutrition can feel confusing or overwhelming, especially with so much conflicting information about what to eat. Her goal is to help patients simplify nutrition and build habits that feel realistic, enjoyable, and supportive in everyday life.

She believes food should be both nourishing and satisfying. Brittney works with patients to create nutrition strategies that fit their health needs, preferences, routines, and goals without judgment or fear of failure. Her care style emphasizes collaboration, encouragement, and sustainable steps that can support long-term well-being.

Brittney has experience in hospital settings, outpatient private practice, and family clinics. Her clinical interests include chronic condition support, diabetes, heart-health nutrition, women’s health, weight management, and the connection between food, routines, and overall quality of life.

Brittney graduated summa cum laude from California State University with a post-baccalaureate degree in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Nutritional Science. She completed her dietetic internship through Bastyr University. She is a registered dietitian and certified dietitian in Washington.

Outside of work, Brittney enjoys traveling with loved ones, staying active, exploring the Pacific Northwest, trying new restaurants, and enjoying seafood by the sea.

What it's like working with me

Brittney’s care philosophy is centered on whole-person, personalized nutrition support. She believes nutrition should feel approachable and enjoyable, not confusing, restrictive, or judgmental.

She works with patients to build a strong foundation for eating patterns that support their health needs, daily routines, and quality of life. Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition guidance with each patient’s own understanding of their body, preferences, and goals.

For patients working on diabetes-related nutrition, cardiovascular health, women’s health, weight management, or sustainable habit change, Brittney focuses on practical strategies that feel realistic and supportive. Her goal is to help patients feel more confident in their food choices while creating habits they can continue over time.
