For patients working on diabetes-related nutrition, heart-health goals, weight management, PCOS, menopause-related nutrition concerns, digestive concerns, kidney health, fatty liver nutrition support, sports nutrition, or building a more confident relationship with food, Avery provides care that is supportive, flexible, and personalized. Her goal is to help patients feel heard, encouraged, and equipped to make nutrition choices that support their health over time.
