Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Raw Peanuts (chopped)
Directions
- In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Whip the mixture until smooth and creamy, then portion it into containers or jars.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan on low or in the microwave for 30-second intervals.
- Pour the chocolate over the yogurt and top with peanuts. Place in the fridge for one hour or until the chocolate has set. Serve and enjoy!
