Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Assorted Olives
- 4 Garlic (clove, peeled, smashed)
- 3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Feta Cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
- In a small baking dish, toss together the olives, garlic, oil, and oregano. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes until bubbling and the garlic is softened and browned slightly.
- Meanwhile, add the feta, ricotta, and lemon juice to a food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add the whipped feta to a serving bowl. Top with olives and garlic. Add a drizzle of the cooking oil and chili flakes. Enjoy!
