Spicy Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Green Beans (trimmed)
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the beans on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
  3. Arrange the beans in an even layer, leaving no gaps between each bean. Top with parmesan. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes or until the beans are cooked and the cheese is slightly crispy.
  4. Top with chili flakes, divide evenly onto plates, and enjoy!
