Ingredients
- 4 Carrot (medium, peeled, cut into fries)
- 2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the chopped carrots to a large mixing bowl. Add the oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and cayenne and toss well to evenly coat the carrots.
- Arrange the carrots in a single, even layer on the baking sheet (do not overcrowd the pan). Bake for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Season with additional salt, if needed, and enjoy!
