Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsps Strawberry Jam
- 1 Banana (medium, sliced)
Directions
- Add the steel cut oats, water, milk, and salt to your pressure cooker and close the lid.
- Set to “sealing,” then press manual/pressure cooker. Cook for five minutes on high pressure. Once it is done, press cancel, and let the pressure release naturally for ten minutes. Do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid carefully and stir in the chia seeds. Let it sit for two to four minutes or until thickened.
- Divide the oatmeal evenly between bowls. Top with peanut butter, jam, and sliced banana. Enjoy!
