Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour (plus more for dusting)
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsps Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yogurt and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms. If it's too sticky, add more yogurt, one tablespoon at a time.
- Collect the dough into one big ball and lightly dust the counter with some flour.
- Cut the dough into equal pieces. Roll each of the dough pieces into a ball and place them on the parchment paper.
- Press down on each ball to form it into a bagel. Then, create a hole in the center. Brush the oil onto each bagel and top them with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 27 to 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
