Homemade Coconut Yogurt Everything Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour (plus more for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsps Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yogurt and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms. If it's too sticky, add more yogurt, one tablespoon at a time.
  3. Collect the dough into one big ball and lightly dust the counter with some flour.
  4. Cut the dough into equal pieces. Roll each of the dough pieces into a ball and place them on the parchment paper.
  5. Press down on each ball to form it into a bagel. Then, create a hole in the center. Brush the oil onto each bagel and top them with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 27 to 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
