Ingredients
- 12 ozsTofu (extra-firm, pressed, and cubed)
- 2 Peach (medium, pitted and cubed)
- 3/4 cup Red Onion (cut into chunks)
- 4 Barbecue Skewers
- 2 tbsps Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/2 Lime (juiced and zested)
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Evenly divide the tofu, peach, and red onions between skewers. Brush with oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle this over the skewers evenly, coating all sides.
- In another small bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce and lime juice.
- Grill the skewers for eight to 10 minutes, flipping occasionally until the tofu has grill marks. During the last two minutes, brush the sweet chili glaze over the skewers.
- Divide onto plates and garnish with lime zest. Enjoy!
