Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar
- 5 ozs Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsps Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Green Tea Powder
- 1 tbsp Cane Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted, plus more for pan)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions
- In a small bowl or large measuring cup, combine the milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for about five minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, green tea powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the milk mixture, coconut oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula until just combined, some lumps are ok. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Heat a well-greased pan over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter at a time into the pan, and cook until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook for another one to two minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!
