Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Brown Rice (dry, rinsed)
- 1 cup Frozen Edamame (thawed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 2 tbsps Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Nori Sheets (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)
- 2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)
Directions
- Cook the rice according to the package directions. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, add the edamame, ginger, rice vinegar, tamari, and sesame oil. Toss well to coat the edamame evenly.
- Add the nori sheets, sesame seeds, and green onions to the bowl. Mix until well combined. Enjoy!
