Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Plain Coconut Milk (from a carton)
- 1/2 Avocado (medium, pitted)
- 1/4 cup Cashews (raw, soaked for at least one hour, rinsed)
- 1 Lime (large, juiced)
- 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for five to six hours or until completely frozen
