Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tbsps Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 325ºF (165ºC).
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Line the air fryer with a perforated air fryer parchment sheet and add the mixed nuts. Cook in the air fryer for nine to 11 minutes, tossing halfway through, until bubbling and toasted.
- Transfer to a plate and let cool. Once cool, break apart into clusters and enjoy!
